Record Retrieval:
Our records currently cover the period from 1978 to the present. If you are or were an adverse party and need confirmation that you have paid off a debt,  we suggest that you check with the court of record where the judgment was entered for the public record of the payoff. Nevertheless, if you want copies from us, please be advised that there is a record retrieval fee of $ 10.00 payable in advance. You need to fill out the form below and either fax it or mail it to us with the fee. Requests that have money order payments or certified payments are acted upon more promptly than orders with checks. If for some reason this office finds that a judgment should have been marked paid and it was not, we will refund the retrieval fee and take the neccesary action to satisfy the judgment.
